With this superb coffee TheRoasters are featuring a real treasure. These small coffee beans produce a beautiful richly flavoured coffee. Mottled colours in the roast are the first indication of the surprises beheld in this coffee.
Pungent, complex, deep and fruity tastes all at the same time. These deep pungent notes are highly desirable (and uncommon) ones such as sage, tobacco, leather, dry fruit and cardamon. Its intensity will truly reveal itself as the aromatics unfold 1 to 2 weeks after being roasted. The Ismaili is rich in every way, great syrupy body, striking acidity and prolonged aftertaste.
Recommended minimum resting period (post the roast date): 10 days (Highly recommended for this particular coffee- its transformation in week 2 is amazing)
