Costa Rica Tarrazu San Marcos is a special microlot coffee that was processed by Coope Dota in the Tarrazu township of Santa Maria, Costa Rica. These are hand picked red cherry microlots from the farmers in the hills around the Santa Maria valley, processed separately which results in a traceable product and a fairer price to the farmer.
Finca San Marcos is to the North of the township, high in the hills at around 1500m. In the cup this coffee is crisp and clean with a lingering caramel finish.
